Тема Африки в наших краях разработана намного меньше, чем, к примеру, тема Ближнего Востока. О войне на палестинских территориях украинцы хотя бы узнают из новостей, Африка же скрыта завесой молчания. Мы едва ли знаем названия всех африканских стран и уж тем более не знаем о перипетиях тамошней политики. Войны и военные преступления в бывших колониях заботят нас, как и белых обитателей «Первого мира», очень мало. Есть, однако, темы, которые сквозь эту завесу время от времени просачиваются. Cat therapy at Cats Town
Please support our social ecological initiative “Cats Town” in Ukraine. Any kind of your help can be decisive!

Since 2010, “Nature first” IJA has been taking care of stray cats in a limited area (Kyiv Zoo). Since 2017, after the beginning of the re-construction works at the zoo, by order of the mayor of the city, we relocated cats to the abandoned area of the zoo. In a short period of time volunteers’ efforts led to creation of the set of buildings for accommodation of cats (hereinafter – Cats Town). At the moment (2018), our organization holds 82 cats.
